摘要
为提高膨润土的吸附性能,采用搅拌法、超声法、磁力加热搅拌法,将石墨烯负载到膨润土上,制备膨润土-石墨烯复合体。通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射和红外光谱对膨润土及三种复合体进行表征,研究其形貌、结构和吸附性能。结果表明:超声法效果最佳,复合体形貌变化明显,未发生明显团聚,层间距由1.269 nm增大到1.686 nm,FTIR图谱中1561 cm^(-1)处出现酰胺键,石墨烯与膨润土复合均匀。
Graphene-bentonite composites were conducted by several kinds including stirring,ultrosonic and magnetic heating and stirring method to improve the absorption property of bentonite.The image,structure and adsorption properties of bentonite and composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and fourier transform infrared spectrometry.It was found that ultrosonic method was optimum.The image varied significantly without coaggregation and the layer spacing increased from 1.269 to 1.686 nm.FTIR spectra at 1561 cm^-1 of amide linkage characteristic absorption peaks showed uniformly composition of graphene and bentonite.
