摘要 城市化不断发展给景观水体造成了沉重的负担,以及景观水体自身承载能力有限,造成我国城市景观水体富营养化现象严重,藻类疯长,水华爆发严重,严重影响生态环境。为了控制水华爆发带来的危害,采用生物制剂H+络合铜复配作为杀藻剂对小球藻和铜绿微囊藻进行抑藻试验,得知蓝藻型水华生物制剂H+络合铜的最佳投药浓度为5 mg/L∶0.8 mg/L,绿藻型水华生物制剂H+络合铜最佳投药浓度为5 mg/L∶3 mg/L。 The continuous development of the city causes a heavy burden to the landscape water,and the bearing capacity of landscape water is limited,resulting in Chinese city landscape water eutrophication with serious phenomenon of algal blooms,serious bloom,serious impact on the ecological environment.In order to control the harmful algal blooms,biological agents H + copper complex compound was used in algicidal agent test of chlorella vulgaris and microcystis aeruginosa,result showed that the optimum dosage of cyanobacteria bloom type concentration and biologic H + copper complex was 5 mg/L∶0.8 mg/L,the optimum dosage of green algae type biologic H + bloom copper complex was 5 mg/L∶3 mg/L.
