摘要
建立了石墨炉原子吸收法测定空气中钴的方法。采用微孔滤膜采集,微波消解样品,以硝酸镁溶液作基体改进剂。本方法前处理操作过程简单、酸用量少,方法的最低检出浓度为0.002μg/m^3(以采集环境空气量为1200 L,定容体积为50 mL计),样品的加标回收率为92.7%~103%。本方法测定结果准确度高,精密度好,检出限低,可作为一种检测方法用于空气中钴的测定。
Using microporous membrane filter to collect air samples,by microwave digestion,with magnesium nitrate solution as matrix modifier,graphite furnace atomic absorption method was developed for the determination of cobalt in air.The pretreatment of this method had simple operation with less dosage of acid,the minimum detection concentration was 0.002 μg/m-3(based on the collected amount of ambient air was 1200 L,constant volume was 50 mL),the standard addition recovery of the sample was 92.7%103%.This method has simple rapid and high accuracy of determination results,good precision,low detection limit,is suitable for the determination of cobalt in the air.
