润滑油降解菌的分离筛选与鉴定

摘要 以润滑油为唯一碳源,从石油污染土壤中筛选分离得到了2株润滑油降解菌,考察发现2株菌株均能生物降解润滑油,菌株X1、X2在2 d内的润滑油降解率分别达到40.83%和32.54%,其中X1的润滑油降解能力更强。通过测定16S rDNA基因序列的方法对两株菌株进行了鉴定。结果表明,所分离的2株菌株中,X1为伤口埃希菌(Escherichia vulneris),X2为黄假单胞菌(pseudomonas lutea strain)。 Two lubricating oil degrading bacteria were isolated from oil-contaminated soils by using lubricating oil as the only carbon source.The results showed that two strains could biodegrade the oil,and the oil degradation rate of the strains X1 and X2 was 40.83% and 32.54% within 2 days,respectively.The oil degradation ability of X1 was stronger than X2.Two strains were identified by the method of 16S rDNA gene sequencing.The results showed that X1 was Escherichia vulneris and X2 was pseudomonas lutea strain.
