消防射流泵排吸性能研究

Study on Suction and Discharge Performance of Fire Jet Pump

氯气泄漏事故是消防部队最常处置的危险化学品事故之一。目前,消防部队的普遍处置方式是利用碱液作为洗消剂,进行中和洗消。本文提出一种新的方法,将消防射流泵作为洗消剂的配比混合器,并对消防射流泵的性能参数进行了测试,得出在不同进口压力下,消防射流泵的出口压力、出口流量、混合比。实验表明,消防射流泵的吸液性能可以满足氯气泄漏事故处置中对洗消剂的配比的需求,其出口压力、流量满足1支消防水枪工作。

Chlorine leakage is a kind of dangerous chemicals accidents disposed by fire forces commonly.For the moment,fire forces commonly take alkali as detergent to do the decontamination.A new method using jet pump as detergent＇s proportioning mixer was presented,the suction and discharge performance of fire jet pump were tested,the results of the outlet pressure,outlet flow and liquid mixture ratio at different inlet pressure were drew.The experimental results showed that the absorptive performance of fire jet pump can meet the demand for decontamination mixing ratio,which was used in chlorine leakage accidents.Meanwhile,fire jet pump＇s outlet pressure and outlet flow can meet the demand of one fire fighting water giant to work.
