The cultivation of scientific and technological innovation ability of college students had become an important mission,which is the foundation of cultivating college student innovation ability and innovation spirit.The establishing of innovational team will play an important role in improving the innovative ability of college student.The factors restricting the construction of science and technology innovation team of college students were analyzed,and the methods and corresponding management schemes for constructing the scientific and technological innovation team of students＇ independence were put forward,which will provide constructive guidance for building innovating team and engaging in innovation activities for college students.
