Discussions on Transferring Problem of the Exploration Right and Concession

本文讨论了对有偿取得探矿权、采矿权的认识及意义，总结了几种矿权交易形式，提出了有偿取得矿权是有效保护矿产资源的重要途径。

In the paper, the knowledge to obtain the exploitation right and concession by payment and its significance are briefly discussed. A number of transferring from of mining right are summarized, and put forward that obtaining mining right by payment is important way of preservation mineral resources.
