摘要
本文介绍了有关土壤水资源的一般概念，对目前采用的评价方法进行了修正，并根据“四水”转化关系，提出了由降雨转化成土壤水调节量的计算方法。
How to make the rational regulation-control and full use of soil water resources is a important question for study at present. The evaluation of soil water rescueres is a key work. In this paper, having introduced the general conception of soil water resources and common evaluation methods, the amendments to the evaluation methods are made. Finally, a new method for calculating the regulation reserve of soil water transforming from precipitation according to the relation among the four kinds of water such as precipitation, soil water, surface water, and groundwater.
