摘要
本文论沧州市城区浅层地下水水位抬升的原因及危害，并提出简要的治理措施及其可行性，同时，扼要分析了适当开采浅层水的好处及开采浅层水时的注意事项。
In this paper, a discussion on the main causes and hazards of the raising of shallow groundwater level in the city proper of Cangzhou is given. Finally, the authou puts forward the countermeasures, and analyses briefly the feasibility of the countermeasures and the points for attention, especially to puming the shallow groundwater.
