摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定烟酸姜黄素酯原料及其纳米粒中烟酸姜黄素酯的含量并进行方法学考察,为制剂工艺研究提供依据。方法:采用C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%醋酸溶液(65∶35)、流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:280 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:烟酸姜黄素酯在5.200~104.000μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 4。烟酸姜黄素酯纳米粒及原料平均回收率分别为100.1%,100.9%,RSD分别为1.260%,0.995 0%(n=6)。结论:该分析方法简单,准确,重复性好,可用于烟酸姜黄素酯纳米粒及原料中烟酸姜黄素酯的含量测定及制备工艺研究。
Objective: To provide basis for the preparation process study by establishing an HFLC determination meUaocl for mcon- nate-curcumin ester. Methods: A C18 colunm(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used at 30℃ with the mobile phase of acetonitrile- 0.5% acetic acid glacial(65:35) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1. The UV detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The good linear relationship of nicotinate - curcumin ester was shown within the range of 5. 200-104.000 μg·ml^-1( r =0.9999 4), The average recovery of nicotinate-curcumin ester and its nanoparticles was 100.1% and 100.9% with RSD of 1. 260% and 0.995 0% ( n = 6), respectively . Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the determination of nicotinate-curcumin ester nanoparticles and the studies on the preparation technology.
