我国普惠金融发展对产业结构升级的影响效应研究

Analysis on the Influence of the Development of Inclusive Finance on the Industrial Structure Upgrading in China

基于全国2006-2015年31个省际面板数据,运用个体固定效应模型实证分析普惠金融发展及其各个维度对产业结构升级的影响。研究结果表明:普惠金融发展与产业结构升级存在着长期稳定的均衡关系,普惠金融发展对产业结构升级具有显著的正效应;且研究发现组成普惠金融的金融服务渗透性、可得性与产业结构显著正相关,金融服务使用度与产业结构负相关;同时进一步从地区层面上看,普惠金融发展对产业结构升级的影响效应存在地区差异性,其中,东部和中部地区普惠金融发展对产业结构升级正相关,而西部地区普惠金融发展对产业结构升级负相关。基于以上研究结果,文章就普惠金融发展促进产业结构升级提出相关的政策建议。

This paper is based on 31 provincial panel data in 2006-2015, Empirical analysis of the influence of inclusive financial development and its dimensions on the upgrading of industrial structure. The results show that： there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between the development of inclusive financial and industrial structure upgrading, inclusive financial development has significant positive effect on the upgrading of industrial structure and research.And the study found that Inclusive financial services penetration of financial services, availability and significantly positive correlation with the industrial structure, financial service usage is negatively correlated with industrial structure. At the same time, from the regional level, there are regional differences in the impact of Inclusive Financial Development on the upgrading of industrial structure. Inside, Inclusive financial development in the eastern and central regions of the industrial structure upgrading is positively related, the development of inclusive financial development in the western region is negatively related to the upgrading of industrial structure. Based on the above results, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the development of Inclusive Finance to promote the upgrading of industrial structure.
