摘要
介绍了在斜侵彻试验中高g值三轴压阻传感器的特性,进行了三组侵彻混凝土试验.三通道过载记录仪安装在弹体内,过载记录仪的传感器选用三轴压阻加速度计,可以记录弹丸发射、飞行、着靶侵彻过程中的实时加速度.分析了实测的减加速度曲线、着靶速度和侵深.为了保证测试数据的准确性,用Hop-kinson杆和激光光栅干涉仪校准了三轴加速度计的冲击灵敏度和横向灵敏度.
This paper describe characteristics of high-g triaxial piezoresistive accelerometer used for oblique penetrations into concrete target. We conducted three sets of penetration experiments with concrete targets.The projectiles were designed to contain a three-channel acceleration data recorder. The sensor chosen for the acceleration recorder design is the triaxial piezoresistive accelerometer.Thus,we recorded acceleration during launch and deceleration during penetration.Measured deceleration-time data,striking velocity and penetration depths were analyzed.To guarantee higher accuracy,We calibrate shock sensitivity and transverse sensitivity of the high-g accelerometer with the Hopkinson bar and the laser-grating interferometer.
