摘要
为了解决超声振动系统谐振频带窄与振动系统频率漂移范围宽的矛盾,提出了PC机和单片机组成的频率跟踪系统.在此基础上将频率跟踪系统应用于功率超声珩磨加工,结果表明:此频率跟踪系统能稳定、实时地对振动系统的频率进行跟踪,使振动系统总工作在最佳的谐振状态,更好地实现了功率超声加工的工艺效果.
To solve the contradiction between a little range of resonance frequency and a wide range of drift frequency in the process of ultrasonic machining,this paper propose the frequency tracking system that is made up with chip and computer.This system is apply to ultrasonic honing and is proved to having steady ability to track frequency,and to make vibration system worked on the resonant state and the ultrasonic machining under the best quality.
