建立高校图书馆期刊文献的共建共享体系,可解决各校图书馆经费不足,期刊收藏数量少及收藏空间有限的矛盾,能发挥各馆藏期刊的整体效益。充分利用各校现有的人力资源及馆藏资源,利用现有的设备及正在建设的中国教育科研网等网络技术是建立这一体系的物质及技术条件。建立相应的组织协调机构、制定相应的法规是实现这一目的的保证。

It is important that develop a cooperation and share system of journal resources in col-lege libraries in China. The total efficiency can be given full scope to the journals in every library and many problems can be solved such as the expenses are lacking, the kinds of journals are little and the floor space in limited in collecting and keeping journals by take advantage of the system. The material and technical conditions of developing the system are the manpower resources, jour-nals resources and some equipment retaining in each college at present.
