糙皮侧耳培养过程中胞外多糖分解酶系的活性变化研究

摘要 本文报导了糙皮侧耳,又称平菇(Pleuroius osireaius)在大豆秸杆固体培养基质上生长期间,培养物中胞外淀粉酶、纤维素酶、半纤维素酶的活性变化规律。结果表明:淀粉酶在菌丝体阶段和子实体阶段均有活性高峰出现,纤维素酶和半纤维素酶的活性高峰,仅在子实体阶段出现。并且温度对酶活性有一定的影响。 The activity changes of amylase,cellulase and hemicellulase outside cell in the culture of Pleuroius osirearus cultivated in solid medium with soybean stem were reported in this paper. The results showed that a peak of amylase occurcd both in hypha and sporocarp period whereas peaks of cellulase and hemicellulase only in sporocarp period, and there was certain effect of culture temperature on the activities of above enzymes.
