棉花抗红铃虫鉴定指标的聚类分析

Cluster Analysis of Evaluation Indices for Cotton Resistance to Pink Bollworm

根据1984～1986年进行的3个试验作聚类分析的结果,可将棉花抗红铃虫的11个鉴定指标分成5类,即(1)卵量。(2)幼虫侵入孔,虫道和侵入率。(3)青铃活虫数,存活率和害籽率。(4)羽化孔数。(5)每斤籽花含虫量,百铃籽花含虫量,僵黄花率。

According to three experiments carried out from 1984 to 1986 cluster analysis showed that 11 evaluation indices for resistance to pink bollworm could be classified into five groups; (l)eggs deposited by pink bollworm, (2)entrance holes,invaded by larva insect tunnels and percentage of entrance,(3)number of larvaes, percentage of larval survival and damaged seed (4)number of energence holes,and (5)larvaes/500g of seed cotton, larvaes/seed cotton in 100 bolls and percentage of rotted seed-cotton.
