Research Advances of Genetic Transformation by Particle Bombardment

摘要 用于植物、动物和微生物遗传转化的技术已有许多,如农杆菌法、PEG 法、显微注射法、电击法等。基因枪技术是近5年刚发展起来的转化手段。本文简明描述了基因枪技术的特点,着重阐述了基因枪技术在遗传转化上的重要进展,并指出了该技术有待解决的问题和应用前景。 A variety of techniques have been used for gene transfer to plant,animal and microbial cells,such as Agrobacterium,Polyelhyleneglycol,Microinjection and Electroporation etc.Particle bombardment was newly developed in last five years.This review briefly described particle bombardment techniques,and summarized the enormous advances in biology genetic transformation research in the recent years. Meanwhile,the authors discussed the existing problems and the potential prospects of particle bombardment.
