瓶插液对非洲菊切花主要品质的影响

Effects of Vase Solution on the Qualities of Gerbera Cut Flower

以非洲菊为研究对象,分别选择自来水、去离子水、柠檬酸溶液和蒸馏水为瓶插液,检测吸水率、弯颈程度、氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、瓶插寿命等指标,比较不同瓶插液对非洲菊采后品质的影响.结果表明,采用蒸馏水为非洲菊切花的瓶插液可以保持较高的吸水速率;抑制POD、SOD保护酶活性的降低,增加切花清除超氧自由基的能力,减少花瓣中活性氧伤害;有效降低MDA的累积,维持细胞膜系统的完整性,延缓非洲菊的衰老.

Taking Gerbera as the research object,the vase solution uptake rate,bending score,POD,SOD,MDA and vase life of Gerbera cut flower were investigated in order to compare the effects of different vase solutions(tap water,deionized water,distilled water and citric acid) on the qualities of vase life of the cut flower.It was found that the use of distilled water as vase solution could maintain a high water absorption rate,inhibit the decrease of POD and SOD activity,increase the ability for scavenging superoxide free radicals,decrease the damage of reactive oxygen in petals,reduce MDA accumulation effectively,maintain the integrity of cell membrane system,and delay the aging of Gerbera cut flower.
