摘要
综合考虑生态环境、社会、资源、经济、工程技术等影响闸坝生态调度的因素,运用模糊数学理论建立了河道闸坝生态调度多层次模糊综合评价模型,并以北运河闸坝生态调度为例进行评价.根据模型的评价结果,对河道闸坝生态调度水平以及管理模式提出有针对性的可实施的建议,从而进一步提高闸坝调度效率和水资源利用效率,保证整个河流甚至流域的水质健康,增加其综合效益.
A multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the ecological regulation of gate dams is set up based on the fuzzy theory considering the factors that affect the gate dam ecological regulation such as ecological environment,society,resources,economics,engineering technology etc..It is applied to an objective appraisal of North Canal.The results show that it can provide some specific recommendations for operation and management mode of gate dam ecological regulation.This can further improve the gate dam scheduling efficiency and the water resource use efficiency,ensure the health of the river water quality,and finally increase the comprehensive benefits.
