摘要 动力耦合系统作为混合动力系统的关键技术之一,是研究热点,但因国内缺少自动变速器研究的基础而使研究少有突破.为此,提出了电驱动主动同步机械式自动变速器通过电机和变速器集成技术,利用电机快速精准调速性能很好地解决了并联混合动力系统动力耦合的难题.按照电驱动机械变速器系统特点,对比目前测功实验台的优缺点,提出了高效、节能、简单实用的电驱动机械变速器系统对拖实验台,结合该测试台架系统自身即是电驱动系统的特点,提出了2套电驱动机械变速器系统对拖动试验方式.实验数据表明,电机的快速精准调速功能使得变速器的换档时间可以缩短到0.4 s,接近DCT的换档时间.该测试台架突出了主动同步的优点,有助于解决传统自动变速器的动力中断时间长的难题. The power coupling system as one of the key technologies of hybrid power systems has been the research focus,but there are little breakthroughs due to the lack of research basis of the automatic transmission at home.Therefore,the electric-driving active sync automatic mechanical transmission is proposed.By means of the integration technology of the motor and transmission and fast and precise speed control performances(EMT) of the motor,power coupling problems existed in the parallel hybrid system are solved.According to characteristics of EMT system,and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of current test benches,a kind of test bench for EMT system is put forward,and it is of high efficiency,energy saving,simple and practical.Combining with the test bench system,two sets of EMT drag test modes are proposed.The test results show that the fast and precise speed control function makes the shift time of the transmission shorten to 0.4 s,close to the shift time of DCT.The test bench can highlight the advantages of active sync,and help to solve the problem which the power interruption time of the traditional AMT is long.
