摘要
球磨机能量利用率极低,其大部分电能通过研磨介质、物料和衬板之间的摩擦而转换为热能。本文通过试验测试了两种研磨介质的功率热量转换率,陶瓷球为0.81,钢球为0.93。根据试验结果,分析了系数的差别对粉磨效率的影响。
The grinding efficient of ball mill was very low, most of electric energy is converted to heat energy by means of friction among grinding mediums, materials and liner. The power to heat conversion rate of two grinding mediums was tested, the result showed that conversion rate of ceramic ball was 0.81 and that of the steel ball was 0.93. According to the result, the effect of different conversion coefficient on grinding efficiency was analyzed.
