摘要
本文研究了不同电厂的脱硝粉煤灰以20%掺入水泥中对水泥安定性的影响,初步研究探讨了水泥中氨含量限量问题,结果表明,水泥中氨含量超过54 ppm,会导致水泥安定性不合格。在设计粉煤灰掺量时必须考虑粉煤灰中氨的含量,以保证水泥的安定性合格。
The effect of denitration fly ash from different power plant on cement soundness with a ratio of 20% replacement was studied. The result showed that when the ammonia content in cement exceeded 54ppm, it could lead to disqualification of cement soundness. So the ammonia content in fly ash should be considered while designing the fly ash content in cement in order to ensure the soundness of cement.
