摘要
本文首先介绍了新型干法水泥的节能减排技术创新与研发的必要性,提出了具体开发技术目标,然后对新型干法水泥技术的节能减排技术:降低系统热耗、降低系统电耗以及废气减排等技术措施进行了阐述和归纳,提出了新型干法水泥的技术创新方案及具体研发内容,结合新型干法水泥的节能减排技术研究成果在孟电减量置换5 500 t/d生产线的成功应用,详细分析了烧成系统技术运行情况和指标的先进性,真正实现了新型干法水泥技术的节能减排。
The necessity of research and development of decreasing energy consumption in cement plant was presented, and the target was ponted out. Then elaborated the technology including: decreasing fuel consumption in Pyro-system, decreasing power consumption and decreasing emission in waste gases. The last part of the paper was an example of Mengdian cement plant(5500 t/d) showing the successful application of the overall technology of decreasing energy consumption in cement plant.
