摘要
采用高碘酸钠氧化低聚异麦芽糖(IMO)使邻二羟基成为双醛基,得到双醛低聚异麦芽糖(IMODA),通过电位滴定法测定不同反应条件下的醛基含量,优化得到最佳氧化条件,并对其进行了傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)测试。IMODA与锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂结合鞣制,考察了鞣剂加入顺序和用量对鞣制效果的影响。结果显示氧化的最佳反应条件为:反应物摩尔比1∶1,温度4℃,反应时间48h,醛基含量为69%。鞣制结果表明,最佳鞣制方案为先加IMODA 2%预鞣,再加无铬多金属鞣剂(ZT01)20%(液剂)。鞣制得到的白湿革收缩温度达到91.9℃,耐水洗性良好,综合质量评价优秀。
The isomaltooligosaccharide (IMO) was oxidized by making the adjacent dihydroxy into dialdehyde groups with sodium periodate,thus the dialdehyde isomaltooligosaccharide (IMODA) was obtained.The contents of aldehyde groups under different reaction conditions were measured by potentiometric titration method and the optimum oxidation conditions were received.The IMODA was measured using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) The influences of adding order and dosages of IMODA and Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agents on the tanning effects were researched.Results show that the optimum reaction conditions of oxidation is as follows:the reactant mole ratio is 1 ∶ 1,temperature is 4℃,the reaction time is 48h and aldehyde groups content is 69%.Tanning results indicate that the best tanning solution is that adding 2%IMODA for pre-tanning,then adding 20% ZT01 (liquor) for tanning.The shrinkage temperature of white wet leather can reach 91.9℃ after tanning.Its water resistance is good and comprehensive evaluation is outstanding.
