摘要
1665例维吾尔族及汉族样本列入研究(维/汉:719/946;男/女:506/1159),年龄18~82岁[维吾尔族/汉族平均年龄:(44±13)岁/(48±16)岁],分析血清25-羟维生素D水平的变化与HbA1c的相关性.并分析与民族、性别、是否患糖尿病之间的相关性.采用单因素方差分析、t检验、Pearson相关分析进行统计学分析.结果 (1)血清25-羟维生素D水平维吾尔族明显低于汉族[(13±7)比(19±8)μg/L,t=11.543,P〈0.001],女性明显低于男性[(15±9)比(18±7)μg/L,t=5.413,P〈0.001];HbA1c水平维吾尔族明显高于汉族[(6.0±1.4)%比(5.8±1.2)%,t=-2.356,P〈0.05],男女间无统计学差异(P〉0.05).(2)在血清25-羟维生素D水平充足、缺乏及不足三组间比较HbA1c,维吾尔族男性亚组中的HbA1c差异有统计学意义(F=11.763,P〈0.001)其他人群中未见差异(P〉0.05).(3)相关分析发现,维吾尔族男性组血清25-羟维生素D与HbA1c呈正相关(r=0.157,P〈0.05),控制年龄后仍有相关性(r=0.228,P〈0.05).结论 在维吾尔族男性人群中,血清25-羟维生素D水平与HbA1c呈正相关,但相关程度较小.
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D[25(OH)D]level and glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) level in a Urumqi Uygur and Han community. Method A total of 2080 cases from a diabetes epidemiological survey conducted in a Urumqi community from May to June 2013 were used. Altogether 1665 Uygur and Han cases with complete data were included for this study(Uygur/ Han:719/946;male/female:502/1163),with ages ranging from 18 to 82 years old, average age [Uygur/ Han:(44±13)(/ 48±16)years old]. Serum 25 (OH) D level and HbA1c concentration were measured.The correlation between 25(OH)D level and HbA1c level was analyzed. The correlation between ethnics,gender and diabetic status was analyzed. The single factor analysis of variance, t test and Pearson correlation analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results (1) The 25(OH)D level of Uygur was significantly lower than that of Han[(13+7) vs (19±8) μg/L, t=16.543, P〈0.001]; male had significantly higher 25(OH)D level than female [(18±7) vs (16±9) μg/L, t=5.413, P〈0.001]. Uygur had greatly higher HbA1c level than Han ([ 6.0±1.4)%vs (5.8±1.2)%, t=-2.356, P=0.012], no statistical difference was found between men and women (P〉0.05). (2) In Uygur male subjects with adequate 25 (OH) D level, lack of 25(OH)D level or insufficient 25(OH)D level, the HbA1c were different (F=11.763, P〈0.001).(3)Correlation analysis found that in Uygur male, 25(OH)D was positively related to HbA1c level(r=0.157,P=0.029)and the difference did not change after controlling for age(r=0.228,P=0.001). Conclusion In Uygur male subjects, the 25(OH)D level is positively correlated with HbA1c level although the correlation is small.
