生精胶囊治疗少弱精子症患者的临床研究

Clinical trial of shengjing capsule's efficacy on oligoasthernospermia

目的研究生精胶囊对于男性少弱精子症的治疗效果。方法本研究为多中心、开放性、剂量固定、前后自身对照研究。生精胶囊使用方法每日3次,每次4粒,共服用3个月。结果有265位患者完成了此研究,平均年龄为(32.7±5.32)岁。其中存在少精子症的患者共164人,65.8%的少精子症患者经治疗精子浓度恢复到正常,全部患者的平均精子浓度从(19.47±15.7)×10~6/m L增长到(29.45±19.62)×10~6/m L;存在弱精子症的患者共253人,49.4%的弱精子症患者经过治疗精子活力恢复到正常。在研究过程中仅2人出现不良反应,1人胃部有不适,1人有上火症状,未处理,自行好转。结论生精胶囊治疗少弱精子症患者安全有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of shengjing capsules on oligoasthenospermia. Methods This clinical trial was a multicenter, open, dose-fixed and self-controlled study. The patients received Sheng Jing capsules 3 times a day, 4 capsules each time, for 3 months. Results Total of 265 patients finished this study, and their Average age was 32.7±5.32 years old （ 23 to 42 years old）. Of the patients, 164 patients were Oligozoospermia, and 65.8% of them return to normal sperm concentration. The average sperm concentration increased from （19.47±15.7）×106/mL to （29.45±19.62）×106/mL for all patients. 253 patients had symptom of asthenozoospermia, and 49.4% of them returned to normal sperm comcentration. Only a patient suffered from stomach discomfort, a patient suffered from internal heat symptoms, without therapy, alleviated voluntarily. Conclusion Shengjing capsules were effective in treatment ofoligoasthernospermia.
