苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散加减治疗慢性咳嗽临床观察

Clinical Observation of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Tang Combined with Modified Zhisou San in Treating Chronic Cough

目的:观察苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散加减治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:研究对象为本院收治的62例寒饮内停型慢性咳嗽患者,随机分为实验组与对照组各31例,实验组给予苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散加减方治疗,对照组予常规西药治疗,2组均以15天为1疗程,连续治疗2疗程。治疗前后评定中医症状积分,比较2组的临床疗效、咳嗽减轻时间、消失时间以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,实验组总有效率(90.32%)高于对照组(67.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组咳嗽、痰量、神疲乏力、气短胸闷积分均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),实验组4项积分值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组咳嗽减轻时间、咳嗽消失时间均较对照组缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散加减治疗寒饮内停型慢性咳嗽临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者的临床症状,加快缓解症状的时间,药物安全性高。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin tang combined with modified Zhisou san in treating chronic cough. Methods： Selected 62 patients with chronic cough with syndrome of internal stagnation of cold fluid-retention in our hospital, and divided them into the experiment group and control group being 31 cases in each randomly. The experiment group was given the therapy of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin tang combined with modified Zhisou san,while the control group was given the routine western medicine therapy. One course of treatment lasted for 15 days,and the treatment lasted for two courses. After treatment,evaluated Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment,and compared clinical effect,time of cough relieved and disappeared,and accidence of adverse reaction during treatment.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate of the experiment group was 90.32%,which was higher than the 67.74%of the control group（P〈0.05）. Scores of cough,phlegm quantity,fatigue,shortness of breath and dyspnea of the two groups were all reduced（P〈0.05）,and the scores of the four indexes in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Time of cough relieved and disappeared of the experiment group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin tang combined with Zhisou san has accurate efficacy in treating chronic cough,which can improve clinical symptoms of patients significantly,speed up symptom relief,and with high safety.
