柴胡舒肝散加味治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Modified Chaihu Shugan San for CSG of Liver-Stomach Disharmony Syndrome

目的:观察柴胡舒肝散加味治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取480例肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各240例。对照组行常规西药治疗,连续服用10天;观察组予柴胡舒肝散加味治疗,2组均治疗10天。比较2组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为97.92%,对照组总有效率为92.08%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组胃脘胀痛、胃酸、嗳气、呃逆积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗期间,2组患者均未出现严重不良反应情况。结论:采用柴胡舒肝散加味治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎患者疗效显著,可有效改善症状,优于常规西药治疗,且不良反应少。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of modified Chaihu Shugan san for chronic superficial gastritis（CSG） of Liver-stomach disharmony syndrome. Methods：Selected 480 patients with CSG of Liver-stomach disharmony syndrome as study objects,and divided them into the observation group and the control group being 240 cases in each,according to the random table method. The control group was given routine western medicine therapy. The observation group was given modified Chaihu Shugan san. Medication of the two groups lasted for ten days. Compared clinical effect,Chinese medicine symptom score, incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups. Results：After treatment, the total effective rate was97.92% and 92.08% in the observation group and the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.01）. Scores of epigastric pain,gastric acid,eructation,hiccup of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group（P〈0.01）. There was no severe adverse reaction in patients of the two groups during treatment. Conclusion：Modified Chaihu Shugan san has remarkable efficacy in treating patients with CSG of Liver-stomach disharmony syndrome, which can improve symptoms of patient effectively,and has better efficacy than routine western medicine and less adverse reaction.
