摘要 目的了解远航执行任务的某编队舰艇饮用水是否受到细菌污染,并分析细菌种类和耐药性,为舰艇饮水卫生防治提供科学依据。方法无菌法采集编队4艘不同类型舰艇饮用水,使用纸片法检测水质菌落总数和大肠菌群,将生长出的菌落挑取后划线接种至培养基,经反复传代后将细菌分纯,使用VITEK 2 Compact微生物检测系统进行细菌种类和耐药性鉴定。结果 4艘舰艇水舱菌落总数和大肠菌群达标,水舱中常见的污染细菌有表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、阴沟肠杆菌和嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,部分菌株出现耐药性。结论该舰艇编队水舱淡水细菌指标合格率为100%,水舱细菌种类和耐药性分析国内罕有报道,本结果对了解水舱细菌种类及可能存在的潜在危害有益。 Objective To investigate whether the drinking water for fleet ships on a long-distance voyage was polluted, and to analyze the bacteria and their drug resistance so as to provide reference for prevention and control of waterborne diseases aboard ships. Methods The drinking water sampled from four types of ships was detected for the total number of bacterial strains and coliform bacteria by the paper method. The flora growing on the paper was picked up and inoculated to the Petri dish plate by spreading method and pure bacteria were gained through repeated inoculation and cultivation. The bacterial strains and drug re- sistance were detected by the VITEK 2 Compact. Results The total number of bacterial strains and coliform bacteria was up to the standard. The common bacteria in water tanks were Staphylococcus epidemidis, Klebsiella pneumonia, Enterobaeter cloacae and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia. Some of them were drug-resistant. Conclusion Bacterial indexes of drinking water from the fleet ships were 100 per cent up to the standard. Analysis of bacterial types and their drug resistance in drinking water from ships has been rarely reported. This report can help better understand the bacterial types and their potential harm in drinking water tanks of ships.
