某科研单位2014年代谢综合征的流行情况分析

Analysis of Metabolic Syndrome in a Research Institute in 2014

目的了解某科研单位2014年代谢综合征的流行特征。方法从该单位2014年体检数据中选取具有完整资料的515名人员,将问卷调查的数据、体格检查及生化指标的检测结果进行统计分析,根据中华医学会糖尿病分会(CDS)诊断标准进行分类,比较代谢综合征(MS)检出率及其各组分的检出率。结果 2014年该人群MS总检出率为41.94%,男性为45.41%,女性为32.09%。检出率随年龄的增长而升高,各年龄组男性检出率均高于女性,χ~2=7.94,P<0.01。结论该单位人群MS的流行不容忽视,要把41~50岁男性人群作为重点人群,把控制体质量、降低血脂作为首要目标。

Objective To find out about the epidemiological characteristics of metabolic syndrome （MS） in a research in- stitute in 2014. Methods The complete data of 515 people was retrieved from the results of medical checkups in 2014 at a re- search institute. The findings of a questionnaire survey, the results of physical examinations and biochemical indexes were statisti- cally analyzed. The positive rate of MS was compared. Results In 2014, the total detection rate of MS in this population was 41.94% , about 45.41% for males,and 32.09% for females. The detection rate increased with age, and was higher for males than for females. X2 =7.94 ,P〈0.01. Conclusion The prevalence of MS at this institute should not be ignored. Males aged 41 to 50 years old should be the focus of attention. The first goal is to control weight and lower blood lipids.
