抗菌药物不合理应用的影响因素及干预方式研究

目的分析抗菌药物不合理应用的影响因素,探索使用临床药学干预对其进行科学管理的方式及意义。方法采用回顾性分析的方式,选取我院2014年1月至2016年1月期间使用抗菌药物的800例病例,按入组时间,将800例病例分成甲、乙两组,甲组400例收录于2014年1月至12月,此间我院并未采取任何药学干预措施;乙组400例收录于2015年1月至2016年1月,此间我院开始实行药学干预。综合分析两组的临床病例资料,比较抗菌药物应用情况、治疗总费用与抗菌药物费用。结果我院抗菌药物不合理应用的影响因素为缺乏相应的监督机制。乙组干预后的抗菌药物应用情况、治疗总费用及抗菌药物费用明显优于未经药学干预的甲组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床药学干预能够有效提高抗菌药物使用合理率,既降低了医疗资源浪费的可能性,又减轻了患者的经济负担。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of irrational use of antimicrobial agents, and explore the signifi- cance of clinical pharmaceutical interventions for effectivemanagement of drugs. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 800 cases of use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital between January 2014 and January 2014. These cases were chronologically divided into two groups. Group A included the first 400 cases collected between January and December 2014, when the hospital did not implement any pharmaceutical interventions, while Group B involved 400 cases collected between January 2015 and Janu- ary 2016 after the hospital introduced pharmaceutical interventions. The clinical data of the two groups was analyzed in depth, while the use of antimicrobial agents, the total cost of healthcare and the cost of antimicrobial agents were compared. Results The cause of irrational use of antimicrobial agents in our hospital was the lack of corresponding supervision mechanisms. Group B was much better than Group A in terms of the use of antimicrobial agents and the cost of treatment. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical pharmaceutical intervention can contribute much to rational use of antimicrobial drugs by reducing the chance of waste of medical resource and relieving the financial burden of patients.
