摘要
目的对白花败酱草的化学成分进行研究。方法通过大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex LH-20、反相HPLC等多种色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行鉴定。结果从白花败酱草的体积分数70%乙醇提物中分离得到了11个木脂素类化合物,分别为(7R,8S)-3,3',5-三甲氧基-4',7-环氧-8,5'-新木脂素-4,9,9'-三醇-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),(7S,8R)-4,9'-二羟基-3,3'-二甲氧基-7,8-二氢苯骈呋喃-1'-丙醇基新木脂素-9-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(2),(7R,8S)-二羟基脱氢二松柏醇-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),(7S,8R)-二羟基脱氢二松柏醇-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),7R,8S-glochidioboside(5),落叶松脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),落叶松脂素-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7),落叶松脂素-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8),5,5'-二甲氧基落叶松脂醇-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9),tanegool(10)和tanegool-7'-methyl ether(11)。结论所有化合物都是首次从败酱属中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Patrinia villosa (Thunb.) Juss. METHODS The compounds were isolated by a combination of various chromatographic techniques including column chromatography over macroporous resin, Sephadex LH - 20, and reversed-phase HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by physiochemical property and spectral analysis. RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as(7R,SS)-3,3',5-trimethoxy4',7-epoxy-8,5'-neolignan-d, 9,9'-triol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 1 ) , massonianoside D ( 2 ) , ( 7 R, 8S ) -dihydroxydehydrodiconiferyl alcohol4-O-β-D- glucopyranoside ( 3 ) , ( 7 S, 8 R ) -dihydroxydehydrodiconiferyl alcohol4-O-13-D-glucopyranoside ( 4 ) , 7 R, 8 S-glochidioboside ( 5 ) , lariciresinol4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 6 ) , lariciresinol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 7 ) , lariciresinol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8) , tortoside B(9) , tanegool(10) , and tanegool-7'-methyl ether( 11 ). CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from Patrinia genus for the first time.
