提高制氢装置的稳定性

摘要 某制氢装置系统开车以来一直运行不稳定,电流有波动情况。分析电流波动原因可能有:整流柜控制电源与动力配电接在一起,并且公用零线串接在一起,如果零线有1个点断开就会造成停车事故;3台制氢整流柜的控制电源与动力配电装置电源取自同一段,如果启动大型负荷的设备也会引起制氢的电流波动;在操作过程中电流提升太快也会引起电流波动;提升电流旋钮的选择不当等原因导致制氢装置不稳定运行。从多个方面提高制氢装置的稳定性,从而达到安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷、优质高效的运行的目的。 A hydrogen had fluctuated. The possi production system had operated unstably since its commissioning and current ble causes of current fluctuation were analyzed. The rectifier control power supply and power distribution were connected together, and the common zero lines were connected in series, so one point off-contact in the zero line would cause a shutdown accident. The control power supply for three sets of hydrogen rectifier and the power supply for power distribution device were taken from the same grid, so the current for hydrogen production would fluctuated if a large load of device started-up. Too-fast-rise of current during operation would cause current fluctuations. Improper knob for rising current would lead to unstable operation of hydrogen plant. The stability of hydrogen production device were improved from many aspects so as to realize safe, stable, long-period, full-load, high-quality and efficient operation.
