摘要
从经济、安全、环保等方面分析了氯化氢合成工序采用水力喷射泵吸收尾气的不足。为节约能源,并确保生产安全,采用吸收塔和风机代替水力喷射泵对尾气进行吸收。改造后,达到了良好的效果。
The shortcomings of absorbing tail gas by hydraulic jet pump in the process of hydrogen chloride synthesis were analyzed from the aspects of economy, safety and environmental protection. In order to save energy and ensure safe production, absorption towers and fans were substituted for hydraulic jet pumps to absorb tail gas. Good effects were achieved.
