摘要 目的设计适合武警部队专家医疗队抗洪抢险药品模块。方法结合抗洪抢险的任务特点及专家医疗队医疗巡诊的特点,分析此次药品保障模块的需求特征及医疗巡诊中药品使用数据。结合武警部队专家医疗队的任务目标,联系救援任务中药品的真实应用情况,重新构建药品保障模块的种类、数量。依据专家平均个人负载能力,优化制定武警部队专家医疗队抗洪抢险药品模块。为紧急医学救援队不同人员抽组模式提供更加全面的保障。结果在2016年7月安徽抗洪抢险医疗巡诊任务中,第三批专家轮换过程中使用了优化后的抗洪抢险药品模块,保证药品品种和数量的同时还减轻专家医疗队不必要的重量负荷。结论优化后的药品模块更加高效的保障了以专家为主的医疗巡诊任务。 Objective To optimize the drug module for medical experts team of Armed Police Forces for flood rescue. Methods According to the characteristics of flood rescue task and medical experts team's rounds, the drug demand of drugs guarantee modeling and the data of using drugs in medical rounds were analyzed. Combined with the task goal of medical experts team of Armed Police Forces and the actual application of drugs in the rescue mission, a new type of drug guarantee module was remodeled. According to experts" average individual load capacity, drug module of medical experts team for flood rescue was optimized. It provides a more comprehensive guarantee module for different emergency medical rescue teams. Results On July 2016, optimized flood rescue drug module was used in the third batch of experts rotation process of the medical rounds task for flood rescue in Anhui province. It not only ensures the variety and quantity of drugs, but also reduces the unnecessary load of medical experts team. Conclusion The optimized drug module plays a more efficient role in the medical rounds based medical expert.
