困境与出路:城市化进程中农村基层党组织建设探析

Predicament and Solution: the Construction of Party Organizations at the Grass-roots Level in the Process of Urbanization

随着我国城市化进程不断加快,农村社会快速发展,人民生活水平不断提高。但农村发展中也面临着困境与挑战,其中农村基层党组织建设面临着党员年龄老化,新党员发展困难;党员队伍文化水平偏低;流动党员教育管理难度大等问题。通过发展当地经济,吸引人才回流,提升党员队伍素质;加强党员教育培训以及创新流动党员管理方式等,以突破城市化进程中农村基层党组织建设的困境。

The rapid urbanization of our country results in the rapid development of the rural society and the rising living standards of the people. However, there are difficulties and challenges in the development of rural areas. The rural basic-level party organization is facing some problems such as aging of the party members, difficulty to recruit new party members, low cultural level of party members and difficulty to educate and manage the itinerant party members. To break through the predicament of construction of rural basic - level party organizations in the process of urbanization , we need to improve the quality of the party members by developing the local economy and attrac- ting the return of talents, strengthening the education and training for party members and innovating the manage- ment style of itinerant party members.
