Bioinformatics Analysis of Differentially Expressed Proteins in Blood Stasis Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的:对冠心病血瘀证蛋白质组学发现的差异蛋白质进行生物信息学分析。方法:利用PANTHER、DAVID和STRING在线数据库对CNKI和PUBMED发表的冠心病血瘀证差异蛋白质进行GO功能富集分析和蛋白质相互作用网络构建。结果:冠心病血瘀证差异蛋白质细胞组分主要定位于细胞外区域、细胞、细胞器等,主要参与细胞过程、定位、多细胞生物过程等,主要涉及到催化活性、结合功能、结构分子激活等分子功能,主要参与血小板活化、补体及凝血级联反应、致心律失常性右室心肌病等信号通路,蛋白质相互作用涉及44个节点和131条边。结论:多个蛋白质、多个信号通路、多个蛋白质相互作用方式为理解冠心病血瘀证多阶段病理过程提供了帮助。 Objective: To investigate the bioinformatics of differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) from blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease. Methods: PANTHER, DAVID and STRING database was used to analyze a functional enrichment analysis and a protein-protein interaction network from DEPs in blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease from papers of CNKI and PUBMED. Results: According to the subeellular distribution, the majority of DEPs were extracellular region, cell part, organelle proteins. In the aspect of the biologic process, the majority of the proteins were involved in cellular process, localization, muhicellular organ- ismal process. In respect to molecular function, the most common differential expression proteins Were associated with catalytic activity, binding, structural molecule activity. KEGG pathway analysis revealed that DEPs are im- plicated in platelet activation, complement and coagulation cascades, arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomy- opathy. The protein-protein interaction network contains 44 nodes and 131 edges. Conclusion: These network data provide new insights that multiple proteins, multiple signaling pathways, and multiple protein interactions play a role in understanding the pathological process of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.
