摘要
目的:建立垫状卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮乙醇提取的最佳工艺条件。方法:以穗花杉双黄酮提出量为考察指标,从乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数、加醇倍量4个方面进行单因素考察,选取最优条件设计垫状卷柏醇提工艺的响应面试验,确定最佳提取条件。结果:乙醇浓度70.6%、提取时间60 min、提取次数3次、加醇倍量12倍,穗花杉双黄酮提出量可以达到17.97 mg/g。结论:采用响应面法预测垫状卷柏醇提工艺的模型准确有效,可以较好的优选出垫状卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮的最佳提取工艺。
Objective: To establish the optimal extraction process of amentoflavone from selaginella pulv- inata. Methods: On the basis of single factor experiment results, ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction frequency and ethanol consumption were selected as influcening factors to evaluate the extraction rate of a- mentoflavone. With Box-Behnken central composite experiment design, and optimize the primary process of the extraction of amentoflavone. Results: Optimum percolation process were as follows: Ethanol concentration: 70.6%, extraction time: 60 min, extraction frequency: 3 times, amount of ethanol consumption: 12 times, and the extrac- tion rate of amentoilavone can reach 17.97 mg/g. Conclusion: The prediction of selaginella pulvinata alcohol extraction method of response surface model is effective and accurate, which could well optimize the extraction technology of selaginella pulvinata.
