旋覆花属植物化学成分及药理活性研究进展

Chemical Constituents in Xuanfuhuan(Inula L.)and Their Pharmacological Activities

依据近年来国内外发表的论文文献,对旋覆花属植物的化学成分及药理活性的研究进展进行综述。分析和归纳该属植物中近二十年来相继发现的化合物,主要报道了倍半萜、二萜、黄酮及甾体类化合物,并对其中主要化合物的药理活性进行了概述。认为倍半萜类化学成分是菊科旋覆花属植物的特征性成分,其药理活性主要集中在抗肿瘤和抗炎两方面。

This paper reviews the research of Xuanfuhuan （Inula L.） and their Pharmacological activities, according to the paper literature published at home and abroad in recent twenty years, and mainly summarized, analyzed the new compounds, such as sesquiterpene, diterpene, flavonoids and Steroids, and studied on the phar- macological activity of the main compounds. Sesquiterpene was characteristic constituents of Xuanfuhuan （Inula L.）, its pharmacological activity mainly focused on two aspects of anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory.
