基于CNKI数据库对真实世界研究临床应用的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis on the Clinical Relevant Literature in the Real-World Based on CNKI Database

目的:对CNKI数据库中的相关文献进行整理分析,探究真实世界研究在临床上应用的情况。方法:采用文献计量学方法对我国2001年至2016年之间,关于真实世界研究临床应用的文献进行统计学分析。结果:共检索有效文献137篇,文献发表基本呈逐年递增趋势;期刊种类较多;研究机构较集中;基本形成了核心作者群;研究热点主要包括支架术后不良反应、节气与疾病关系和基于医院信息系统的药物疗效等研究;研究方向众多,范围较广。结论:国内真实世界研究临床应用近几年发展迅速。

Objective： To analyze the relevant literature to explore the situation of real-world study in the clinical application baaed on CNKI database. Methods： Using the bibliometrics method, we analyzed the clinical application of the real-world study from 2001 to 2016. Results： There were totally 137 articles in the retrieved literatures. The articles published basically showed an increasing trend year by year, and were carried on species of journals. There are more concentrated research institutions. It basically had been formed the core of the au- thors. The research hotspots mainly includes the appearance of adverse reactions after coronary stenting, the re- lationship between solar terms and diseases and the drug effect and so on based on the hospital information sys- tem. It emerged lots of research direction which have a wide range of. Conclusion： The clinical application of the real-world study in China has developed rapidly recently.
