黑地雷方治疗痛风性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Analysis of Heidilei Prescription(黑地雷方) in the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

目的:观察黑地雷方治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将200例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为对照组80例和治疗组120例。对照组口服秋水仙碱片和苯溴马隆片治疗,治疗组采用黑地雷方辨证施治。治疗2个月后观察尿酸水平和体征量化评分变化,并评价临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为72.5%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后体征量化评分比较,治疗组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后血尿酸和尿尿酸水平比较,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:黑地雷方辨证施治对痛风性关节炎患者疗效显著,可降低尿酸水平、改善关节症状。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of Heidilei Prescription on gouty arthritis. Methods： The 200 patients with GA were divided randomly into control group （n=80） and treatment group （n=120）. Patients were treated by Colchicine Tablets and Benzbromarone Tablets in control group, and Heidilei Prescription in treatment group. The Uric acid and signs score were observed in two months and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results： The overall effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group and 72.5% in control group, and the treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The treatment group showed lower physical sign score than the control group after treatment （P〈0.01）. The treatment group showed lower urine uric acid levels than the control group after treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Heidilei Prescription can provide good efficacy on GA, reduce the uric acid levels and improve the arthrosis symptoms.
