中西医结合护理对缺血性中风恢复期气虚血瘀症的疗效观察

A Study on Effects of Chinese and Western Medicine Combined with Rehabilitation Nursing in Cerebral Infarction Convalescence with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的:探讨中西医结合康复护理应用于缺血性中风恢复期气虚血瘀症患者的临床效果。方法:抽取60例缺血性中风恢复期气虚血瘀症患者,分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组进行基础护理干预结合现代康复护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上,联合中医康复护理,观察2组患者2个月后的Fugl-meyer运动功能评分和日常生活活动能力(改良的Barthel指数)的变化。结果:2组患者的Fugl-meyer运动功能评分较护理前显著增加,治疗组护理后Fugl-meyer运动功能评分较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组患者护理后改良Barthel指数均较护理前显著上升,治疗组护理后改良的的Barthel指数评分较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对缺血性中风恢复期气虚血瘀症患者进行中西医结合康复护理干预,能够有效改善患者的生活质量。

Objective： To observe the effects on cerebral infarction convalescence by Chinese and western medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing. Methods： The 60 patients of Cerebral infarction convalescence were selected and randomly divided into two treatment and control groups, 30 in each. The patients were treated with basical nursing and rehabilitation nursing in control grnop, and the treatment group were treated by Chinese and western medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing. The Barthel score and Fugl-meyer score were tested, in two months. Results： Compared with before treatment, the Fugl-meyer score increased in the two groups, and the treatment group showed higher Fugl-meyer score than control group （P〈0.01）. The Barthel score increased in the two groups, and the treatment group showed higher Barthel score than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Chinese and western medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing can improve the life quality of Cerebral in- farction convalescence with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
