泛昔洛韦联合转移因子治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Curative Effect of Famciclovir and Transfer Factor in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的:分析泛昔洛韦联合转移因子治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:东莞市长安医院从2014年6月至2015年6月收治的带状疱疹患者中随机抽取40例设为对照组,从2015年7月至2016年6月带状疱疹患者中随机抽取40例设为观察组。对照组患者单独采用泛昔洛韦治疗,观察组患者采用泛昔洛韦联合转移因子联合治疗,比较2组患者治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、止痛时间、水疱消失时间及结痂时间。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率(95.00%)显著高于对照组(87.50%),不良反应发生率(2.50%)显著低于对照组(12.50%),止痛时间(2.23±1.68)d、结痂时间(4.03±1.51)d显著短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),水疱消失时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:泛昔洛韦联合转移因子治疗带状疱疹,有助于加快治愈时间,降低不良反应。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of famciclovir combined with transfer factor in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 40 patients with herpes zoster were recruited as control group were randomly selected from June 2014 to June 2015, 40 patients with herpes zoster were randomly selected from July 2015 to June 2016 as the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with famciclovir alone, the patients in the observation group were treated with famciclovir combined with transfer factor, and the total effective rate, adverse reaction rate, analgesia time, blister disappearance time and scab time were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment group effective rate （95 %） was significantly higher than the control group （87.50 %）, the incidence of adverse reaction （2.50 %） was significantly lower than the control group （12.50 %）, pain time （2.23 ± 1.68 days） scabby time （4.03 ± 1.51 days）was significantly shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） bubble disappearance time had no significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transfer factor in treatment of herpes zoster combined with famciclovir, helps to accelerate the healing time, reduce the adverse reaction.
