舒适护理在血液净化护理中的应用效果分析

Investigating the Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Blood Purification

目的:评价舒适护理模式在血液净化临床护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月至2016年6月间于重庆市万州区人民医院肾内科行血液透析治疗的患者62例,采用随机数表法将其分成观察组(31例,采用舒适护理模式)、对照组(31例,行常规护理),对比两组的治疗情况、并发症及护理舒适度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组并发症率更低、护理舒适度更高,且两组上述指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可提高在血液净化治疗中的舒适性、耐受性,从而顺利达到预期上机时间,降低相关并发症发生率。

Objective To evaluate the comfortable nursing mode in blood purification application value in clinical nursing. Methods We selected 62 patients who underwent hemodialysis in January 2003 to June 2016 in our hospital. The patients were divided into observation group （31 cases, comfortable nursing mode） and control group （31 cases, routine nursing） by random number table method, compared two groups of treatment, complications and nursing comfort. Results Compared with the control group, the complication rate was lower and the nursing comfort was higher in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can improve the blood purification treatment of comfort, tolerance, thereby achieve expected computer time, reduce the related complications, has important practical value in clinical nursing.
