中国现代民间传说研究回眸(1913―1937年)

A Review of Studies on Chinese Modern Legend(1913-1937)

20世纪二三十年代是中国民间传说研究发展的第一个阶段,经过学者们的摇旗呐喊,尤其是顾颉刚《孟姜女故事的转变》的巨大影响,这一时期的中国民间传说研究在三个方面取得了实绩:搜集整理和出版传说盛极一时;译介国外相关传说资料成果斐然;国内的传说研究方兴未艾。虽然这一时期的传说研究不若神话研究和故事研究那般的风生水起,但也为后期传说学的发展奠定了一定的基础。

From the 1920s to 1930s, it was the first stage of the development of Chinese legend research. With the achievements of the scholars, especially Gu Jie-gang＇s ＂ The Transformation of Meng 3iang-nu＇s Story＂, many researches reached the summit： legends collecting and publishing were very popular; translations of foreign related legendary material were striking; domestic legend research were in the ascendant. All that laid a certain foundation for the development of the legend research.
