通过对山西省科技企业孵化器发展意义及现状分析,得出了制约山西省科技企业孵化器发展的5个主要因素。针对这些制约因素,提出了抓住节点,营造氛围,大力创建"苗圃—孵化器—加速器"全链条孵化创新体系;整合资源,打造集群,切实提升山西省科技企业孵化器整体实力和服务管理水平等对策与建议,为今后山西省科技企业孵化器整体实力的提升和发展提供一条可供参考的发展路径。

This paper analyses the development significance and present situation of Shanxi science and technology business incubators, points out the main restricting factors. Based on it, it puts forward some countermeasures, including building full chain incubation system of pre-incubator, incubator, post-incubator, management level and building public technical service platfomls incubators development of Shanxi building clusters to enhance overall strength and service It provides references for science and technology business
