摘要
为了促进企业的快速发展,运用平衡计分卡原理对ES公司的绩效管理体系进行了分析,探讨绩效管理过程中存在的问题及改进办法,完善其绩效管理体系,以满足ES公司快速发展的需要。
In order to improve the performance management system and meet the rapid development needs of ES company, this paper analyses its performance management system using the balanced scorecard principle, discusses the existing problems and improvement measures.
