摘要
介绍了姬塬地区深井压裂施工情况,针对目前姬塬北部开采层次逐渐加深,现场施工过程中出现的地层温度高、水质比较差,稠化剂溶胀不均匀造成施工压力偏高、砂堵井等多种问题,从姬塬地层、水质和压裂体系等方面进行了分析,提出用多种离子交联形成黏弹性冻胶,经过施工验证,具有抗剪切性和热稳定性好、水不溶物和破胶残渣含量较低、控制滤失能力强等诸多优点。
This paper introduces the construction of deep well fracturing in Jiyuan area. In view of the existing problems caused by mining depth, such as higher construction pressure and sand plug, it analyzes the formation, water quality and frac- ture system of the Jiyuan area and proposes to use the viscoelastic jelly formed by various ions. Practice has shown that it has many advantages, such as better shearing resistance and thermal stability, less water insoluble substance and gel residue and stronger filtration control capability.
