高校众创空间的运行机制及建设策略——以广东工业大学国家级创客空间为例 被引量:28

The Operating Mechanism and Construction Strategy of the Public Innovation Space in Universities——Taking the National Makerspace of Guangdong University of Technology as an Example

摘要 从高校众创空间的建设实践出发,探讨将高校众创空间以非盈利性的服务平台、人才培养的试验园区、开放式的资源集聚地作为其功能定位,并可以向GIS(群体创新空间)、"前孵化器"、PNP创业孵化器等方向发展。以实例为依托,总结提出从管理团队、管理制度、进退机制、运营支持等方面设计运行机制,从建设理念、虚实平台、师资队伍、文化活动等方面采取相应的建设策略。 Based on the construction of the public innovation space in universities, this paper discusses the function of the public innovation space in universities as a non-profit service platform, an experimental park for talents training, and an open resource gathering place. It promotes the development of the public innovation space in universities to the GIS (group innovation space), pre-incubator, PNP business incubator, etc.. With the example, it concludes that the operation mechanism of the public innovation space should be designed from the aspects of management team, management system, advance and retreat mechanism, operational support and other aspects. The construction strategy should be taken from construction concept, virtual and actual platform, teachers, cultural activities and so on.
