近年来,随着中国经济实力的大幅度提升,中国积极融入国际社会,主动塑造周边安全环境,维护世界和地区的和平与稳定。中国参与国际事务和塑造国际制度的能力不断增强,是中国国力日益强盛的必然趋势,也是维护中国国家利益,尤其是海外利益的现实需要。中国是亚太地区最重要的国家之一,与亚太国家是一荣共荣、一损俱损的关系。为确保中国自身发展以及该地区的繁荣,中国在该地区的海外利益保护亟待加强。本文将从中国在亚太地区的海外利益现状,APEC框架下中国维护海外利益的具体措施和APEC框架下中国进一步拓展海外利益的路径选择三部分具体阐述。

Thanks to the rapid development in recent years, China actively integrate into the interna- tional community, working with other countries in the Asia-pacific region to maintain lasting peaceful re- lations, safeguarding world and regional peace and stability. The improvement of China＇s participation in international affairs and the ability to shape the international system are the inevitable trend, because of the growth of China＇s national strength and the needs of protecting China＇s national interests, especially China＇s overseas interests. China is one of the most important countries in the Asia-pacific region. The relationship between China and its neighboring countries could be called one with all prospering or decli- ning as one. In order to ensure the development of China and its neighboring countries, the protection of China＇s overseas interests needs to be strengthened. The paper focuses on three parts： the currency of China＇s overseas interests in the Asia-pacific region; China＇s specific measures to protect overseas inter- ests under the framework of APEC And how to safeguard China＇s growing overseas interests under the framework of APEC.
